The Emails page
Short answer
Emails shows every email you’ve made as a card, with its status label and when it was drafted, edited, sent, or scheduled. Search, Sort, Status, and Folder sit above the cards, with Create email at the right.
Emails in the top bar opens the Emails page. Two tabs sit under the title. Emails is the list of everything you’ve made. Calendar shows your sent and scheduled emails by day; see The Calendar tab. Under the heading, a count says how many emails you have. Inside a folder, it counts that folder instead.
Each card
A card shows a preview of the email’s design. The label in its corner is the email’s status: Draft, Scheduled, Sent, and so on. Email statuses explains each one.
Under the name, a line says where the email sits in time. A draft reads Drafted and how long ago, then Edited once you change something. A sent email reads Sent with the date, and a scheduled one Scheduled for with the date. Rest your pointer on the date to see the exact time.
When an email is in a folder, the folder’s name sits under the card. An email nobody has named shows as Untitled email.

Point at a card and one action appears over the preview. It follows the status: Edit for a draft, View schedule for a scheduled email, View results for a sent one, and See what happened for a canceled or failed send. Select anywhere on the card to take it.
When a teammate finishes an email’s send setup and hands it off, the card also reads Ready to send. Rest your pointer on those words to see who handed it off and when. See Hand off an email for someone else to send.
The menu on a card
The three dots on a card open its menu. The rows depend on the email’s status:
- Edit opens a draft in the editor.
- View results opens a sent email’s results, the same page the card opens. Its words follow the status, as the card’s action does. A scheduled email reads View schedule, and a canceled or failed one See what happened.
- Preview shows the email as it goes out. Every email but a draft has it. See Preview a sent or scheduled email.
- Cancel sending shows while the email is scheduled or going out: the status label reads Scheduled, Sending, Sending winner, or A/B testing. Managers and Admins see it. See Cancel a scheduled or sending email.
- Rename changes the name. See Rename an email.
- Duplicate makes a draft copy. See Duplicate an email.
- Add to folder files the email. Remove from folder appears while you’re looking at one folder. See Organize emails and forms with folders.
- Delete email removes it. Managers and Admins see this row; Editors don’t. See Delete an email.

Above the cards
Search matches part of an email’s name, not the words inside it. Sort offers Newest, Oldest, Name (A–Z), and Name (Z–A). Newest puts the most recent activity first, the same date each card shows. Sort appears once you have more than one email.
Status lists All and each status on your cards, with a count beside each. Folder appears once a folder exists and shows one folder at a time. Its Manage folders link is where you rename or delete folders.
In a narrow window, Sort, Status, and Folder sit under Filters, and so do the two view buttons. Search, sort, and filter a list covers the details.
When nothing matches, the page says No emails match. Its button names what is narrowing the list: Clear search, Clear filters, or Clear search & filters. An empty folder says No emails in this folder with a Show all emails button.
Cards or a list
The two small buttons beside Create email switch between cards and a list. The list shows the same emails as rows and adds four columns. Activity is the same date the card shows. Recipients, Open rate, and Click rate come from the send.
Rest your pointer on a rate to see the counts behind it, such as 612 of 1,222 delivered. A dash means there is no send to count yet. See Why do my email’s numbers show a dash?

Cards show twelve to a page and rows fifty. The control under the list turns pages and changes the page size. The view you pick is remembered on this browser. See Switch between cards and a list.
Before your first email
With no emails yet, the page reads No emails yet and shows one button, Create email. It leads to the same place as the button at the top: Create an email from a template.
