Why don’t I see every template?

The templates are all still there. The gallery opens on the industry in your Brand profile, so the first cards are the designs made for your kind of business. The Industry menu button shows that industry’s name.

To see every template, select Show templates from all industries at the end of the list. Or open Industry and choose All industries.

The goal buttons follow the industry. A goal shows only when that industry has a template for it, so a goal such as Fundraising may be missing. Under All industries, every goal is back.

Templates made for any business, such as Sale and Win-back, show under All industries only. So a small count for your industry doesn’t mean few templates fit you.

To change the industry the gallery opens on, choose another industry on your Brand profile. See The Brand profile.

If no design suits, select Back at the top left to return to the Create email screen. There, Start from scratch opens an empty email. See Start an email from scratch.
