Open an email’s results
Short answer
On the Emails page, point at a sent email’s card and select View results. The page after you send, an email on the Calendar tab, and a row under Recent sends in Analytics open the same page.
When you’re done, the email’s results page is open. The page shows delivery numbers, opens and clicks, and any note about the send.
- Open Emails and find the email. Its status label reads Sent.
- Point at its card. The action over the preview reads View results.
- Select it. The results page opens over the app, with Back to emails at the top left.
The action’s words follow the status. A scheduled email reads View schedule. A canceled or failed email reads See what happened. All three open the same page, which shows what is true for that email.
In the list view, select the row instead. The ⋯ (three dots) on the card, or at the end of its row, has the same action in its menu.
Three other ways in
- The page after you send. When it reads Sent, select View results under Done. An A/B test that went to your whole list has the same link. The page opens with Back to emails at the top. See The page after you send.
- The Calendar tab. Select an email on its day. The page opens with Back to calendar at the top. See The Calendar tab.
- Analytics. Under Recent sends, select a row. The page opens with Back to analytics at the top. The table holds only the ten newest sends in the range; see Why isn’t my email in Recent sends?.
To leave
Select the back link at the top left, or press Esc. You land where you came from.
Note A draft has no results yet. Its page reads This email hasn’t been sent and offers Edit email.
Next step
What each number and note means is in The results page.
