Duplicate an email
Short answer
Open the three dots on the email’s card and choose Duplicate. The copy appears on the Emails page as a draft with the same name and design.
When you’re done, a draft copy sits on the Emails page, ready to edit. This is how you send an email a second time: copy it, edit the copy, and send that.
- Open Emails and find the email. Any status works, sent emails included.
- Select the ⋯ (three dots) on its card, or at the end of its row.
- Choose Duplicate. Jounce says Email duplicated, and the copy appears as a Draft with the same name.
- Rename the copy so you can tell the two apart. See Rename an email.
The copy keeps the design, the name, and the subject line. It has no send history of its own, so its numbers start from nothing.
While you’re looking at one folder, the copy is added to that folder too. See Organize emails and forms with folders.
If the copy doesn’t get made, Jounce says Couldn’t duplicate the email. Try again. Your original is untouched.
Next step
Edit the copy in The email editor screen, then Send or schedule your email.
