Rename a form
Short answer
On the Forms page, open the form’s menu with the three dots, choose Rename, type the new name, and select Save.
When you’re done, the form’s card on the Forms page wears the name you typed. Visitors never see this name; it’s for you.
- Open Forms and find the form.
- Select the three dots on its card, or at the end of its row in the list view. The menu opens.
- Choose Rename. The Rename form dialog opens with the current name in the field.
- Type the new name.
- Select Save, or press Enter. The dialog closes and the card shows the new name.
The name can’t be empty; the field says Type a form name first. If the save doesn’t go through, Jounce says Couldn’t rename the form. It kept its old name. Try again. and the dialog stays open.
A form made from a template starts with the template’s name, and one Jounce drafts starts with a name Jounce chose. Rename either one here. The editor doesn’t show the form’s name, so the Forms page is the one place to change it.
Next step
With the name set, see Publish your form.
