Redirect to a page after they submit
Short answer
On a full page or a link-in-bio page, open Settings, pick Redirect to a URL under After they submit, and type the address. A pop-up or an inline form can’t redirect; it shows its thank-you screen.
When you’re done, a visitor who submits your page lands on an address you chose, such as a thank-you page on your own site.
This works on a full page and a link-in-bio page. A pop-up and an inline form sit inside your site’s own page, so they show their thank-you screen and the row isn’t there. See The four kinds of form.
- Open Forms, select the page, and select Settings at the top right of the editor.
- Under After they submit, select Redirect to a URL. A box appears.
- Type the address, such as yoursite.com/thanks. You can leave off the https:// and Jounce adds it.
- The change saves on its own a moment later.
To go back to the thank-you screen, select Show a message. The address clears.
What to expect
- It must be a real web address with a dot in it, such as yoursite.com. Anything else is ignored and the thank-you screen shows instead.
- The thank-you screen is part of the form itself. To change its words, see Change the thank-you screen.
- On a live page the change reaches visitors after the save. See Editing a live form.
