The Forms page, the four kinds of form, what draft and live mean, and how to create one from a template or with AI, and copy, rename, or delete it.
- The Forms pageOpen Forms to see every form and page you’ve made, one card each, with its name, its kind, and a Draft or Live label. Search, Sort, Status, and Folder sit above the cards, and Create form at the right.
- The four kinds of formA form is a pop-up over your site, an inline form inside a page, a full page at a link, or a link-in-bio page. The template you start from decides the kind, and it stays.
- Draft and liveA form is a draft until a Manager or Admin publishes it from Share in the editor; then it’s live and visitors can reach it. Unpublish turns it back into a draft, and the numbers it collected stay.
- Create a form from a templateSelect Create form on the Forms page, choose Start with a template, and select a design. Jounce saves your form under the template’s name and opens it in the editor as a draft.
- Start a form with AISelect Create form, then Start with AI, describe the form, and select Generate form. Jounce picks a design, writes the words, saves the form, and opens it in the editor for you to check.
- The template galleryThe gallery holds nineteen designed forms and pages in four kinds: Pop-up, Inline, Full page, and Link in bio. Each card shows the design in your own brand, and selecting one makes your form.
- Rename a formOn the Forms page, open the form’s menu with the three dots, choose Rename, type the new name, and select Save.
- Duplicate a formOpen the three-dot menu on a form’s card and choose Duplicate. The copy is a draft of the same kind, with the same design and segments, and most of its publishing settings start fresh.
- Delete a formOpen the three-dot menu on a form’s card, choose Delete form, and confirm; a live form goes offline first. The signups it collected stay in your audience.
- Why can’t I delete a form?Only Managers and Admins can delete a form, so an Editor’s menu has no Delete form. Editors can still create, edit, copy, and file forms.
- Why are my form’s numbers blank?A form that has never been live shows a dash under Views, Submissions, and Conversion; a live form nobody has reached shows zeros. Conversion keeps its dash while there are no views, or more submissions than views.
