Share and publish
Putting a form out in the world: the Share dialog, publishing and unpublishing, and your page’s link and address. Plus the embed code for your website, and the AI prompt that installs it.
- The Share dialogShare at the top right of the editor is where a form goes live: before that it holds the Publish button. After, it holds the page’s link or the form’s embed code, a Copy button, a way to open it, and Unpublish.
- Publish your formOpen the form, select Share at the top right, and select Publish form, Publish page, or Publish link in bio. Jounce says Your form is live, and the link or the embed code is ready to copy.
- Unpublish a formOpen the form, select Share, then Unpublish; Jounce says Unpublished — your form is safe, the link is off. The form is a draft again, and everything it collected stays.
- Share your page’s linkOnce a full page or a link-in-bio page is live, Share holds its link to copy. The buttons under Share it start a post on Facebook, X, or LinkedIn.
- Add a pop-up or inline form to your websitePublish the form, select Copy code in Share, and paste the code into your site. A pop-up’s code goes before the closing body tag of each page; an inline form’s code goes where the form should sit.
- Install your form with an AI site builderFor a live pop-up or inline form, Share has Copy AI prompt, a request with your embed code inside. Paste it into the chat of the AI tool that builds your site, and it places the form for you.
- Your page’s addressA full page or a link-in-bio page lives at your handle, then .myjounce.com, then the page’s own id. Without a handle it has a longer address on Jounce’s own site; pop-ups and inline forms have code, not an address.
- Claim your handleIf your workspace has no handle yet, publishing a full page or a link-in-bio page asks for one under Your address in Share: type one, wait for Available, and publish. You can set the same handle any time in Settings › Public address.
- Why can’t I publish my form?An Editor sees a Draft label in place of the button, and an unverified email opens a window asking you to verify. If Jounce said it couldn’t publish, your work is saved; try again.
- Why does my form’s link say it isn’t available? The form is a draft, it was deleted, or your workspace’s handle changed after you shared the link. Publishing again from Share turns the link back on; after a handle change, share the link again.
- Why isn’t my page in search results?Jounce asks search engines to leave a workspace’s pages out until Jounce has allowed that workspace. Your page is still public, and anyone with the link can open it.
