Why doesn’t my form redirect after they submit?
Short answer
Nothing is lost: visitors see the thank-you screen, and a pop-up or an inline form always shows it. On a full page or a link-in-bio page, check that Redirect to a URL is chosen and the address is a real web address.
Your visitors still see the thank-you screen, so nothing is lost. Then check these.
It’s a pop-up or an inline form
These sit inside your own site’s page, so they can’t send the visitor anywhere. They show the thank-you screen, and the After they submit row isn’t in their Settings. A full page or a link-in-bio page can redirect. See The four kinds of form.
Show a message is chosen
Open the page, select Settings, and under After they submit pick Redirect to a URL. Choosing Show a message clears the address, so type it again if you switched back and forth.
The address isn’t a web address
It needs a real address with a dot in it, such as yoursite.com/thanks. Jounce adds https:// for you, but a word on its own is ignored and the thank-you screen shows instead. See Redirect to a page after they submit.
The live page hasn’t caught up
The page your visitors see updates itself after a save. If Jounce said The live page didn’t update, the rest of that message says what to do. See Editing a live form for which changes count.
