Your automations
The Automations page, what each status means, and how to rename, duplicate, or delete an automation.
- The Automations pageOpen Automations to see every automation you’ve made, one card each, with a sketch of its steps, its status, and who’s in it now. Search, Sort, and Status sit above the cards, with Create automation at the right.
- Automation statusesEach automation has one status that says if it’s running: Draft, Live, Paused, or, rarely, Ready. You see the same status on the card, in the list, in the Status menu, and in the automation’s top bar.
- Rename an automationOpen the automation and type a new name in the field at the top. It saves as you type; there is no rename row in the card’s menu.
- Duplicate an automationOpen the three dots on the automation’s card and choose Duplicate. Jounce makes a draft copy with the same steps and its own copies of the emails, so editing one never changes the other.
- Delete an automationOpen the three dots on the automation’s card, choose Delete automation, and confirm. Only Managers and Admins see that row, and a message offers Undo for a moment after.
- Why can’t I delete an automation?Your role in the workspace is Editor. Only Managers and Admins see Delete automation in an automation’s menu, so ask a manager to delete it or to change your role.
- Why doesn’t my automation show how many people are in it?A draft has never run, so there is nobody to count. On a live or paused automation, a dash means the count couldn’t load; refresh the page to ask again.
