Why can’t I delete a segment?
Short answer
Your role in this workspace is Editor, and only Managers and Admins can delete a segment. Editors can still create, rename, and recolor segments, and move people in and out of them.
Nothing is broken, and your segments are untouched. Jounce shows an Editor only the actions their role allows. So the menu on a card holds Rename and the row of colors; Delete segment isn’t there.
Check your role
Select your avatar at the top right. In the account menu, the line under your email says Editor in this workspace. Workspace roles explains what each one can do.
What to do
Ask a Manager or an Admin in your workspace to delete the segment. Every role can take people out of it; see Remove subscribers from a segment. An Admin can also change your role on the Members page.
