Export subscribers
Short answer
Tick the people you want, select Export in the toolbar, then Export in the dialog. Jounce downloads Subscribers.csv with their name, email, segments, consent date and method, and their location and time zone.
When you’re done, a file called Subscribers.csv is in your downloads. It opens in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
- Open Audience.
- Tick the box at the start of each row you want. To take everyone on the page, tick the box in the header row.
- Select Export in the toolbar above the list.
- Select Export in the dialog. The file downloads.
What’s in the file
One row per person, with eight columns: Firstname, Lastname, Email, Segments, Consent date, Method, Location, and Time zone. For someone in more than one segment, a colon joins the names, like Newsletter:Wholesale.
Consent date is the moment their permission counted, written the way other tools read it, such as 2026-06-14T09:00:00.000Z. Method says how: Single opt-in or Double opt-in.
Consent date is blank when Jounce has none, and Method is blank for a person you added by hand or brought in through a file. The rest of their consent record stays on their page; see The consent record.
Location is their region and country as their page shows them, such as Oregon, United States. Time zone is the zone’s standard name, such as America/Los_Angeles, the form other tools read. Both are blank for someone Jounce hasn’t located, or whose location you cleared. See Where a subscriber’s location comes from.
Exporting a whole list
The export takes the people you ticked, and a selection covers one page. Set the per page menu at the bottom of the list to 200, tick the header box, and export; repeat for each page.
To export one segment, pick it in the Segment menu first, then tick the header box.
Next step
To export a narrower group, filter first, then tick the header box; see Filter your subscribers.
