Why don’t I see everything in my list?
Short answer
Usually a filter is on. Look above the list for search text, a choice in Status or Folder, or a number beside Filters, and clear it.
Nothing is gone. A list hides what a filter leaves out, and the rest comes back the moment you clear it.
Check the filters
- Look at the row above the list. A filter that’s on shows its choice in place of its name: Sent where Status was, or a folder’s name where Folder was. A search shows its text in the field. In a narrow window, Filters shows a number instead, as in Filters · 1.
- Pick All in that menu, All folders for the Folder menu, or select the ✕ in the Search field.
- If the list is empty, the button under No emails match clears it for you. It’s named for what it clears: Clear search, Clear filters, or Clear search & filters.
Other reasons
- This workspace has no emails yet. A page with nothing in it reads No emails yet in the middle, with no filters above it.
- You’re in a folder. The count under the heading is that folder’s. Open Folder and pick All folders. See Organize emails and forms with folders.
- It’s on another page. A long list shows one page at a time. The page numbers sit at the bottom. See Switch between cards and a list.
- It belongs to an automation. An email made inside an automation lives in that automation, not on the Emails page or its calendar. Open the automation to find it.
- You’re in another workspace. The account menu names the workspace you’re in. If you belong to more than one, switch there. See The account menu.
- The subscriber count looks low. On Subscribers, the number under the heading is how many people Jounce can send to. When that’s fewer than everyone, the full total shows beside it, and the rows still list everyone. See Why is my subscriber count lower than my total?.
