Workspaces at a glance
What a workspace is, how to switch or create one, and who can do what.
- What a workspace isA workspace is a separate space with its own brand, audiences, emails, team, and billing. Your login can belong to several, and you work in one at a time.
- Workspace rolesEvery member of a workspace is an Admin, a Manager, or an Editor: Admins do everything, Managers create and send, and Editors draft and edit. One member is also the owner, who gets replies to the workspace’s emails and Jounce’s emails about it.
- The Workspaces panelThe panel opens from the workspace row in the account menu. It lists every workspace your login belongs to, marks the one you’re in, and holds the New workspace button.
- Switch workspacesSelect your avatar at the top right, choose the row under Workspace, and pick a workspace in the panel. Jounce opens that workspace’s Emails page.
- Create a workspaceOpen the Workspaces panel from the account menu, select New workspace, type a name, and select Create workspace. Jounce opens the new workspace, empty and yours, with a short setup of its brand first.
- Why does it say I’m not in a workspace? You left the workspace you were in or an admin removed you, and it was the only one on your login. Nothing you made is lost; it stays with that workspace.
