The Basics page

Select your avatar at the top right and choose All settings. Basics is the first page in the settings list, under Personal.

Profile photo

Your photo shows in the top bar and at the top of the account menu. Change photo opens your computer’s file picker. Remove photo appears once you’ve uploaded one. It takes the photo down, and your initials show instead. See Change your profile photo.

First name and last name

Both are required. Jounce shows them in the top bar and at the top of the account menu. If you clear one, the field says it’s required and Jounce keeps the name it had. See Change your name.

Owner’s email

The email address of the workspace owner, who gets replies to the workspace’s emails and Jounce’s emails about it. Unless you’re the owner, it isn’t your address. You can read it here, not change it; see Why can’t I change my email address?.

To make someone else the owner, an Admin uses the Members page. See Make someone else the owner.

Time zone

A list of time zones you can search by typing. Jounce saves your pick with your workspace’s address. Scheduled emails and countdown timers each pick their own time zone where you set them, so this field doesn’t change those. See Why didn’t my scheduled email use my time zone?.

Saving

There’s no Save button. Jounce saves a moment after you click away from a field or pick a time zone. Saved shows at the bottom right. See How settings save.

Everyone in the workspace shares these

The photo and the names are saved with the workspace, not with your login. In a workspace with more than one member, every member sees the same photo and name in their top bar. Switch to another workspace and you see that one’s.
