Your brand
The Brand page: fill your brand from your website or start from a theme, set your colors, fonts, and logo, save them as your kit, and write your brand profile.
- The Brand pageThe Brand page holds the colors, fonts, shape, logo, and social links your emails use, and a scan that fills them from your website. Save kit keeps them.
- Fill your brand from your websiteOn the Brand page, type your website’s address under Start from your website and select Scan my site. Jounce fills in your colors, fonts, button shape, social links, and brand profile and offers the logos it found; Save kit keeps the colors, fonts, shape, social links, and logo.
- Start your brand from a themeOn the Brand page, open Start from a theme, pick one of the seven themes, and select Save kit. Until you save, Back to what you had puts your earlier colors, fonts, and shape back.
- Choose the logo Jounce foundAfter a scan, the Logo card asks which logo Jounce found is yours. Select it and choose Use this logo, then select Save kit to keep it.
- Upload your logoOn the Brand page, under Logo, select Upload a file or drag an image onto the box, choose Upload logo, then select Save kit. Jounce turns an SVG into a PNG so inboxes can show it.
- Send emails without a logoOn the Brand page, under Logo, choose what your emails show where a logo would sit: your brand name, or nothing. Then select Save kit.
- Choose your brand fontsOn the Brand page, under Fonts, pick a Heading font and a Body font, then select Save kit. Each list draws every font in its own face, and you can search it by name.
- Set your brand colorsOn the Brand page, under Colors, set Brand, Button, Highlight, and Canvas with the color well or a hex code, then select Save kit. Leave Button or Highlight empty and it follows Brand.
- The Brand profileThe Brand profile is a written description of your brand on the Brand page: what you do, who it’s for, and how you sound. A website scan drafts it, and every line is yours to edit.
- Why did Jounce swap my font?Your website’s font isn’t on Jounce’s list for headings or body text, so the scan picked the closest one that is. Pick any other font from those lists on the Fonts card.
- Why couldn’t Jounce read my website?Usually the address has a typo, your site turned the scan away, or Jounce is busy. Nothing on your Brand page changed, so check the address and scan again, or fill in your brand by hand.
- Why won’t my logo upload? The file is the wrong type, too large, or an SVG Jounce couldn’t convert, and your brand is unchanged. The message at the bottom of the page names the fix: a PNG, JPG, GIF, or WebP under 10 MB.
