Billing, sharing, and signing out
The Billing page and how to change your plan, the Share Jounce page and your link, and how to sign out.
- The Billing pageThe Billing page holds one card, and it says plan management isn’t in the app yet. To change your plan or payment details, you email hello@jounce.com.
- Change your plan or payment detailsPlan and payment changes aren’t in the app yet, so email hello@jounce.com from the address you sign in with and say what you’d like changed. A person at Jounce makes the change and writes back.
- Close your Jounce accountThere’s no button for this in the app. Email hello@jounce.com from the address you sign in with, name the workspace, and a person at Jounce closes it and writes back.
- The Share Jounce pageThe Share Jounce page holds your link to Jounce with a Copy button, and three buttons that share it on Facebook, X, or LinkedIn.
- Share your Jounce linkOpen Share Jounce under All settings. Select Copy to put your link on the clipboard, or pick Facebook, X, or LinkedIn under Share via to post it.
- Sign out of JounceOpen the account menu at the top right and choose Sign out, the last row. Only this browser signs out and forgets your workspace, and if a change you just made hasn’t reached Jounce yet, it asks first.
