Public address and social links
The Public address page holds the handle your published pages live at. The Social links card on the Brand page holds the profiles your emails link to.
- The Public address pageThe Public address page holds your handle, the first part of every published page’s address. Jounce checks a handle as you type, and Save handle appears once it reads Available.
- Why is there a handle I didn’t pick?Your workspace has no handle saved, so Jounce suggests one you can keep or replace. It isn’t yours until you select Save handle.
- Why won’t Jounce accept my handle? The box turns red and says why: the length, a character or hyphen Jounce can’t use, a word Jounce keeps back, or another workspace’s handle. Change it and the check runs again.
- Why can’t I change the public address?Usually your role is Editor: only Admins and Managers set the handle, because changing it moves every published link. If Save handle asks you to verify your email, open the link Jounce sent you first.
- The Social links cardYour social links live in the Social links card on the Brand page: one row per platform, each with the profile’s full address. Once you select Save kit, the social icons in your emails link to them.
- Add a social linkOpen Settings › Brand, select + Add platform in the Social links card, pick the platform, type the profile’s full address, and select Save kit. The social icons in your emails then open that profile.
- Change or remove a social linkIn the Social links card on the Brand page, edit the address in the platform’s row, or select its × to remove it. Then select Save kit.
- Edit your social links from an emailIn any email you create, click the social icons in the Sign-off and edit your links in the settings panel. Jounce saves them to your Brand kit, so every email shows them.
