The Basics, Address, and Emails from Jounce pages: your photo, your name, your time zone, the mailing address Jounce prints in every email, and the emails Jounce sends you.
- The Basics pageThe Basics page holds your profile photo, your first and last name, the workspace owner’s email address, and a time zone. Changes save on their own.
- Change your profile photoOn the Basics page, select Change photo and pick an image file, and Jounce shows it in the top bar right away. Remove photo takes it down and shows your initials instead.
- Change your nameOn the Basics page, type your first and last name. Jounce saves as you go and shows the name in the top bar and the account menu.
- The Address pageThe Address page holds the mailing address for the footer of every email. Its Published pages card adds your privacy policy link to the foot of your hosted pages.
- The Emails from Jounce pageThe Emails from Jounce page in Settings has a switch for each kind of email Jounce sends you, and a Stop all button. Each switch saves the moment you flip it.
- How settings saveSettings save on their own: Jounce saves a moment after you change something and shows Saved at the bottom right. The one exception is the Brand page’s kit, which waits for Save kit.
- Why can’t I change my email address? The Owner’s email field on the Basics page is read-only. It shows the workspace owner’s address, and Jounce has no setting for changing the address you sign in with.
- Why didn’t my scheduled email use my time zone? The Time zone on the Basics page doesn’t set the time of a scheduled send. The schedule step has its own time zone, and so does a countdown timer.
- Why can’t Jounce find my location?Use my current location needs your browser’s permission and a location it can read. When either is missing, Jounce says which, and typing the address works the same.
