Why doesn’t Analytics match my Subscribers page?

Short answer

Both pages count the same list but lead with different numbers. Sendable is the count under the Subscribers heading; Total subscribers is the total beside it.

Both pages read the same list, so a gap is one of three things. Your list is untouched either way.

A different number is in front

The Subscribers page puts the people you can email under its heading. If some of your list can’t be emailed, a second number beside that count covers everyone and reads total. Analytics shows both, as two cards. Sendable is the count under the heading. Total subscribers is the total number.

When the Subscribers page shows only one number, all of your list can be emailed, and the two cards read the same. See Sendable subscribers.

Each status in the Subscribers by status list matches the Status menu on the Subscribers page. A status at zero is left out of Subscribers by status.

The numbers are a minute old

Jounce reuses the numbers it already loaded for about a minute. After that, it loads fresh ones the next time you open the page or reload it. The count itself can take about a minute to include someone you added a moment ago. Reload the page once a minute has passed. Switching tabs and back doesn’t refresh them.

The As of line under the page title says when the numbers on screen were fetched. See Why are my Analytics numbers behind?

A different workspace

Each workspace has its own list and its own Analytics. Select your avatar at the top right; the account menu names the workspace you’re in. See Switch workspaces.
