Sendable subscribers
Short answer
Sendable counts the people your next email reaches: everyone marked Subscribed, and no other status. The line under the card shows their share of your whole list.
Your list holds everyone ever added and not deleted, whatever happened since. Total subscribers counts them all. Sendable counts the part an email can go to: the people marked Subscribed.
Who is left out of Sendable
The four other statuses. People marked Unconfirmed haven’t clicked their confirmation link, so Jounce doesn’t email them yet. Jounce has stopped sending to anyone Unsubscribed, Bounced or Complained. Subscriber statuses explains how people move between them.
Under the cards, Subscribers by status shows a count for each status someone holds. A status nobody holds is left out. The counts add up to Total subscribers. The Subscribed count matches Sendable.
The share under the card
94% of your list means 94 of every 100 people on your list can be emailed. The Unsubscribed card shows its share the same way. When the share slips, the Subscribers by status list shows which status is growing.
The same number elsewhere
Your Subscribers page shows this same count under its Subscribers heading. It just doesn’t call it Sendable. See Why is my subscriber count lower than my total?
