Choose a time range
Short answer
Open Analytics and pick 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 12 months at the right of the page title. Every tab reads the range you picked, and a card that follows it says so under its number.
When you’re done, every tab shows the range you picked, and a card that follows it says so under its number.
- Open Analytics. The page opens on the last 30 days.
- At the right of the page title, pick 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 12 months. The numbers on screen fade a little while the new ones load, then swap in place.

The range stays as you move between tabs. It goes back to 30 days the next time you open the page.
What the range covers
A range counts back from today, so the last bar of a chart is the period still in progress. There is no calendar-month range: 30 days is the nearest, and 12 months shows each calendar month as one bar.
An Emails tab that reads No sends in the last 30 days often fills at a wider range; see Why is an Analytics tab empty?
The chart on the Subscribers and Forms tabs breaks the range into bars. A bar is one day for 7 and 30 days, one week for 90 days, and one month for 12 months. The note over the chart says which, as Added per day or Per week.
Days start and end at midnight Pacific time, which may not be your local midnight. East of Pacific time, a signup just after your midnight can show up on the day before’s bar.
Not every number follows the range. A card that reads all time or of your list ignores it. See Which numbers follow the time range.
Note Each label matches the numbers beside it while a new range loads. Switch from 30 days to 7, and a line that reads vs prior 30 days stays until the 7-day numbers arrive, because it belongs to the numbers beside it.
There is no custom date range. The four choices are the whole set.
