Opens by mail app and clicks by device across your sends
Short answer
Two ranked lists on the Emails tab add up every send in the range: Clicks by device (Mobile, Desktop, Tablet) and Opens by mail app. The mail app list shows only once the whole range is after Jounce began recording mail apps.
Both lists sit between the chart and Recent sends, and each adds up every send in the time range. A row has a label, a bar, its share of the list, and the count. The bar is drawn to the share. Rows are sorted biggest first, and a row with nothing to count is left out.
The same two lists for a single email are on its results page. See Opens by mail app and clicks by device.
Clicks by device

The rows are Mobile, Desktop, and Tablet. Devices come from clicks only. An open can’t reliably tell one device from another, so opens never count here. The list shows only when the range has clicks.
Opens by mail app
The rows are Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook, and Yahoo Mail. Other or unknown comes last and holds everything else. A note sits beside the heading. It reads Apple Mail opens some emails on its own, so its share of opens runs high. So treat the Apple Mail share as the most it could be, not a count of readers.
When Opens by mail app is missing
Jounce counted opens first and began recording the mail app later. A send from before then has opens but no app. A list built from only some of the sends would mislead. So the list shows only when every day in the range is after recording began.
The 7 days range is the first to show it, and 12 months the last. Until it does, the tab shows Clicks by device on its own, and a single send’s app list is on its results page.
