Why isn’t my automation in the Your automations table?

Short answer

The table lists every automation in the workspace, drafts too. A missing one is further down the table, was deleted, is in another workspace, or is past the 200 automations the tab loads.

Your automation and its numbers are untouched. Your automations lists every automation in the workspace: live, paused, or draft. A missing row is usually one of these.

It scrolled out of sight

The table is ranked by emails sent over all time, so drafts sit at the bottom with zeros and dashes. An automation that hasn’t sent much sits near the end. Scroll down. The table has no second page.

It was deleted

A deleted automation has no row. Its people drop out of Entered and In automations now. But the emails it sent, with their opens and clicks, stay in the cards. See Delete an automation.

It’s in another workspace

Each workspace has its own automations and its own Analytics. Select your avatar at the top right; the account menu names the workspace you’re in. See Switch workspaces.

You have more than 200 automations

A line under the cards reads This view covers 200 of your automations, and Entered and In automations now show a plus sign.

The table lists only the automations Jounce read. Jounce doesn’t pick those 200 by date or by emails sent, so any automation can be left out. Open Automations in the top bar to find any automation. See Dashes, plus signs, and the As of line.
