Forms
The Forms tab on Analytics: the four cards, the Submissions over time chart, the Your forms table, what counts as a view and a submission, and why the tab can differ from your Forms page.
- The Forms tabThe Forms tab adds up every form’s views and submissions inside the time range. Four cards, a chart of submissions per day, week, or month, and a table of every form ranked by submissions.
- See how your forms did over a periodOpen Analytics, choose the Forms tab, and pick a time range. The four cards add up every form in it, and the Your forms table ranks them by submissions.
- What the Forms tab countsA view is a visit to a live form, and a submission is a new person who joined through it. Both are counted on the day they happen, and the tab adds up the days inside the time range.
- The Your forms tableThe last section on the Forms tab lists every form, ranked by submissions in the time range, with its status, views, submissions, and conversion. A row is for reading; to change a form, open Forms.
- Why doesn’t the Forms tab match my Forms page? The two pages count the same views and submissions over different spans. The Forms tab counts inside the time range you picked, and the Forms page counts everything Jounce has recorded for each form, all time.
- Why is Submissions lower than the signups I got?Submissions counts only new people who joined through a form in the time range. Earlier signups, returning addresses, and people added another way aren’t in it, but everyone who signed up is still in your audience.
- Why isn’t my form in the Your forms table? The table lists every form in the workspace, drafts included. A missing form was deleted, sits in another workspace, or is past the 500 forms the tab reads.
