Automations
The Automations tab on Analytics: the four cards, the In automations now line, the Your automations table, which numbers follow the time range, and why the tab can differ from an automation’s own insights.
- The Automations tabThe Automations tab shows who entered an automation in the time range, and each automation’s sends, opens, and clicks over its whole life. It has four cards, a line with who is inside plus bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes, and a table of every automation ranked by emails sent.
- See how your automations did over a periodOpen Analytics, choose the Automations tab, and pick a time range. Entered counts who went into an automation in that range; the sends, opens, and clicks beside it cover each automation’s whole life.
- What the Automations tab countsEntered counts each person once for each automation they went into during the time range. Emails sent, opens, clicks and unsubscribes are totals over every automation’s whole life, including steps and automations you have since removed.
- The Your automations tableThe last section on the Automations tab lists every automation, ranked by emails sent over all time. Each row shows its status, who entered it in the range, who is in it now, its emails sent, and its open and click rates.
- Why doesn’t the Automations tab match an automation’s insights?Entered on the tab counts only the time range, but the insights page counts everyone who ever entered. The other numbers in an automation’s row match its insights page; the cards add every automation together.
- Why is Entered 0 on the Automations tab?Nobody went into an automation during the time range, and a zero doesn’t mean anything stopped. Usually the automation isn’t live, its trigger hasn’t happened for anyone since launch, or people entered before the range.
- Why isn’t my automation in the Your automations table? The table lists every automation in the workspace, drafts too. A missing one is further down the table, was deleted, is in another workspace, or is past the 200 automations the tab loads.
