Why doesn’t the Forms tab match my Forms page?
Short answer
The two pages count the same views and submissions over different spans. The Forms tab counts inside the time range you picked, and the Forms page counts everything Jounce has recorded for each form, all time.
Both pages read the same counts, so a gap is one of four things. Whichever it is, your forms and their numbers are untouched.
A different span
The Forms tab counts views and submissions inside the time range at the top right, and the page opens on the last 30 days. The list on the Forms page counts everything Jounce has recorded for each form, all time.
A form that has been live for a year shows a year’s numbers on the Forms page and a month’s on this tab. Pick a longer range to close the gap; 12 months is the longest. See Choose a time range.
Conversion differs for the same reason. Each page divides its own submissions by its own views.
A deleted form
The Forms page lists only the forms you still have. The tab’s cards and chart keep the views and submissions of a form you deleted. So Submissions and Form views can add up to more than the rows in Your forms. See What the Forms tab counts.
The numbers are a minute old
Jounce keeps the numbers it fetched and shows them again for about a minute before it asks for fresh ones. A signup from a moment ago can take about a minute to count. Reload the page once a minute has passed.
The As of line under the page title says when the numbers on screen were fetched. See Why are my Analytics numbers behind?
A different workspace
Each workspace has its own forms and its own Analytics. Select your avatar at the top right; the account menu names the workspace you’re in. See Switch workspaces.
