Why isn’t my form in the Your forms table?
Short answer
The table lists every form in the workspace, drafts included. A missing form was deleted, sits in another workspace, or is past the 500 forms the tab reads.
Your form and its numbers are untouched. Your forms lists every form in the workspace, live or draft and in any folder, so a missing row is usually one of these.
It scrolled out of sight
The table is ranked by submissions in the range, and drafts gather at the bottom with zeros. A form that collected nothing in the range sits near the end. Pick a longer range at the top right, or scroll down; the table has no second page.
It was deleted
A deleted form has no row and no place in Published forms. The views and submissions it collected stay in the cards and the chart. Deleting can’t be undone; see Delete a form.
It’s in another workspace
Each workspace has its own forms and its own Analytics. Select your avatar at the top right; the account menu names the workspace you’re in. See Switch workspaces.
You have more than 500 forms
A line under the cards reads This view covers 500 of your forms, and the counts wear a plus sign. The table lists the forms Jounce read, and the rest aren’t in it. Open Forms in the top bar to find any form. See Dashes, plus signs, and the As of line.
