Why does Analytics say Not recorded?

Short answer

Those people were added before Jounce kept a record of how someone joined. They are on your list and count everywhere else; there is nothing to fix.

Not recorded means Jounce doesn’t know how those people joined, because they were added before Jounce began keeping track. They are on your list, they hold a status, and every other number on the tab counts them.

Jounce lists the row last, a little apart and in grey, rather than guessing a source for them. A source with nobody in it stays off the list. Open one of these people from your Subscribers page, and Source under Details shows a dash. The reason is the same.

Everyone added since has one of four sources: Signup form, CSV import, Added manually, or API. So the row only shrinks, as people from that time leave your list. See Where a subscriber came from.
