Subscribers
The Subscribers tab on Analytics: the four cards, the New subscribers chart, where people come from and their statuses, how Jounce counts a new subscriber, and why the numbers can differ from your Subscribers page.
- The Subscribers tabThe Subscribers tab shows your list as it stands: four cards, and a chart of who joined in the time range. Under them, it breaks your list down by source and by status, and the people you can email by country.
- See how many people joined in a periodOpen Analytics, pick a time range at the right of the page title, and read the New subscribers card. The chart under it shows which days, weeks, or months they joined in.
- How Jounce counts new subscribersA person counts as new on the day they were added, however they joined and whatever their status is now. Deleted people stop counting, and the card compares the range with the same length of time before it.
- Sendable subscribersSendable counts the people your next email reaches: everyone marked Subscribed, and no other status. The line under the card shows their share of your whole list.
- Why does Analytics say Not recorded? Those people were added before Jounce kept a record of how someone joined. They are on your list and count everywhere else; there is nothing to fix.
- Why doesn’t Analytics match my Subscribers page? Both pages count the same list but lead with different numbers. Sendable is the count under the Subscribers heading; Total subscribers is the total beside it.
- Why did New subscribers jump?An import counts everyone it added as joined on that day, so one file makes one tall bar. A drop has the same shape in reverse: deleting people takes them off the day they joined.
