The Sending page
Where your emails come from: the Sending page, the address your subscribers see, the invitation to send from your own domain, and who can change these settings.
- The Sending pageThe Sending page holds the From name and address your subscribers see, whether your email is verified, and your own sending domain. Open it from the account menu or All settings.
- The address your emails come fromUntil you authenticate your own domain, your emails come from your business name at send.jouncemail.com, and once it’s authenticated, from hello@ at your domain. Either way, replies go to the workspace owner’s sign-in email.
- Why does my email come from a jouncemail.com address?Your workspace hasn’t authenticated its own domain, so Jounce sends from your business name on its own sending domain. Replies still reach the workspace owner’s sign-in email; to send from an address at your domain, authenticate it on the Sending page.
- The Send from your own domain invitationWhile your workspace still sends via Jounce, a small dialog may ask you to authenticate your domain when you open the app. The Authenticate domain button opens the Sending page, keeping the dialog away for a week; after the third Not now, it stops asking for good.
- Who can change sending settingsEvery member can change the From name and select Verify on a domain. Only an Admin or a Manager can add or remove a domain; each person verifies their own sign-in email.
